I really don't understand what everybody's complaining about. My experience with these guys was a pleasant one. I arrived at 1830 for a 1900 appointment. I was picking up finished product, or canned soup. You drive on the scale and check in with the guard. The guard was nice and pleasant and directed me to where I needed to go. I then drove over and checked in at the finished product shipping department. The woman at the window was very nice. She took my information, then immediately gave me a door. About an hour or so later I got a green light. I went in and got my paperwork, and then drove over onto the scale at the exit. The guard was once again very nice to me and told me to have a nice night. All in all, I think I only spent about 2 hours at this place. It wasn't bad at all, like some of the reviews would have you believe. I would definitely go back if my boss needed me to pick up there again. Plan ahead though because there's no overnight parking at this facility. There is a convenience store across the street with a little dirt lot, but it fills up...

Very easy to get here! Once you turn in the truck entrance you will use the left lanes and the third lane is for express/ shuttle. Be sure not block the entrance. The lanes were backed up so the guards were out doing trailer inspections and getting drivers info. Once you’re at the front of the line you will enter the guard shack with your safety vest on. You will then use the kiosk to check in. Scan your identification barcode at the bottom of the kiosk and then you will place your identification on the red square in the hole on right side of the machine. Once the image is captured follow the instructions step by step. Once all the steps are completed then you will give the clerk your your inspection paper and wait for further instructions. It took nearly two hours to complete check in process with 15-17 trucks ahead of me. I will update this review once I’m finished loading. I now have been waiting for over 8hr and still no green light. Big waste of time for some cheap...
