Quite possibly the most unorganized attraction I've ever been to. The ticket lines were unbelievably slow. After 45 minutes of waiting, we got to the booth for tickets and it was one lady collecting money, running a timer for groups, keeping track of ticket sales and trying to manage with employees through the window of the shed. They need a better system to process ticket sales. We spent a total of 2 hours here and only 8 groups made it through in that time. Fortunately, we got fast pass tickets and skipped the wait (our tickets would have been group 36). I was surprised at the lack of concessions for the amount of time guests are expected to wait. The scares were few and far between with big gaps. Most of it being actors touching you, and untying my wife's boots. Not much scary or funny there. (Well except one) there was a few dead spots but all in all its great time for family night out!
