Want to start this out by saying, my husband & I frequent chipotle (because we love it), but have never eaten at this location. I placed an order online and drove through to pick it up as we were in the area. Initially I was happy to see it was about $7 cheaper for the same meals we usually buy across the state line in PA. Also thought the drive through feature was cool so I never even had to leave the car. That’s where the merriment ended…
When I arrived, I was surprised to see there was no one there, because the chipotle locations I frequent are usually always busy (especially at 7 PM on a Monday). The employee that I was in contact with at the drive through was rude and unwelcoming, and made a snarky comment when I said I wasn’t sure if the order was under Rebecca or Becky even though it was the only bag sitting on the shelf for pickup. I shrugged it off to her having a bad day and went on my way. Upon getting the food home, we found the chicken, rice, & beans were cold and dried out like they’d been sitting all day. The shredded cheese was also dried out like it had been sitting for a long time. The chips were completely stale and tasted like rancid oil. It was obvious they’d been sitting for more than just the day. I even put them in the air fryer to try to bring them back to life but the gross oil taste was too tough to overcome.
It’s unfortunate this location is so poorly managed and maintained. I doubt they’ll be in business much longer.

Read moreBeen to many locations all over the country last 15 years and have been outstanding. Not this one in Calcutta. I get they just opened for a few months now. People were waiting and looking forward to be in Calcutta for a while. It's too bad it's disappointing. Training is lacking. Seasoning, too salty in some ingredients. Guacamole is too salty. Cold food. Generally its warm food being taco's, burritos, bowls but, the white corn mix is so cold when added on top, it makes the steak even colder than it already is, so the whole plate is cold. Mix veggies are mushy soggy not crisp when they have them. Steak is very hard and chewy as others have said. Chicken is par grilled taste seasoned. Al Pastor chicken is ok. They were out of the veggies and the server was pretty rude couldn't care less attitude about it which seems to be a popular. Woman ringing up customers seemed annoyed with people and didn't want to be there, not friendly. Customers are catching on, the lines are not too long now which is what they deserve for sub quality and service. Probably being generous...
Read moreVisited this location last night. Very dirty place. Tables were never wiped when I was there and the one garbage can they have was over flowing. Guy behind the counter making food was very unpersonable. I wanted chicken and there was an 8 minute wait on it. So he had my burrito shell warmed up and rice was on it. He knew there was a wait on the chicken so instead of asking me if I wanted a different meat he just started to walk away. I stopped him and said I'll take steak instead. I didn't want my burrito sitting there for 8 minutes to end up cold. They are very disorganized which is why I waited a month to visit thinking all quarks would have been worked out but they certainly weren't. The steak was just ok. Not very warm to be honest and it was chewy. El paso is much much better and around...
