French Creek Golf Club — Local services in East Nantmeal Township

I had my wedding there on June 24th 2017 now where to begin ugh lol. I would not give 5 stars without reason and it was frustrating but in the end it was for nothing so here goes my story At first I found that they were upgrading the ballroom and then the idea by the new owners( FYI an amazing husband & Wife) they went for the whole thing added a Florida room beautiful. Then sadly the first wedding coordinator moved on so in came #2 who was nice and she added some things to sweeten the pot but sadly she moved on and left no notes behind so on to lucky #3 Kate now from what I understand about her she has been the behind the scenes hands on person behind each wedding coordinator but never got the lime light. So now we sit down with her she has a lot dumped in her lap and it's peak wedding season but needless to say I'm a worrier so naturally I tried to go above her head for the inconvenience of having to prove what we were offered so I ended up talking to the owner himself and he being a big high end business owner I thought he was going to blow me off he was not only understand but he resolved all my issues and needless to say he was about the most down to earth guy who understood how frustrating a wedding could be he assured me everything would run like clock work and be above and beyond my expectations now Kate as well said the same thing but me being hesitant I was doubtful but they not only kept their promise but gave me the best night of my life so thank you all from owners down to Kate and all the staff you are phenomenal one of a kind and excucuted with precision and beauty I can't find the words to express my feelings towards you. That being said everyone not only my family but every guest said this was the best wedding they had ever been to and they have no reason to lie ceremony and grounds/Venue excellent and the food was excellent the staff was excellent there was not a single thing that I could be even upset about I worried for months and there was no need they will have you in great hands you will find a beautiful/uniquely elegant Venue with people that are capable and willing to go above and beyond I was blessed by having a beautiful bride and more blessed they made our wedding day dreams come true. From Michelle and I we thank you from the bottom of our hearts honestly I don't know why I ever doubted you I am sorry for not trusting you from the jump again thank you I couldn't have asked or paid for better...

The golf course and facilities are beautiful and the course is in great shape and offers a challenging round from any tee box. I and three of my golf buddies bid on a foursome to play this course a few month's back to benefit a local charitable organization. The bids were high and eventually our bid won out. it was for a great cause and I was really looking forward to playing this course. We called to schedule a tee time. When the day came and we arrived, actually 30 minutes prior to our arrival. We were called by the pro-shop and told this was a private club and that they would be happy to help us find alternative courses in the area to play but we could not play this course. an hour and a half drive by the way. We called back to let them know we had a certificate for a foursome as a guest and after being put on hold and waiting they graciously allowed us to play that day. Unfortunately , even as a guest we all felt like we were imposing on the club. Each of us remarked as to how we felt we were treated, which is to say, less than expected. I am a member of a NJ County club and I know that when our club offers guest accommodations the club goes out of its way to make each guest feel comfortable so they have an enjoyable round. In this case we were treated like second class citizens and I for one was embarrassed to be there. The simple truth is, if you do not want or wish non-members to play your course than don't offer out...

There are not enough positive words to describe my wedding at French Creek Golf club! I got married back on November 1st, 2019 and my family/friends are still talking about how they loved my wedding. Everything was truly PERFECT! The golf course/scenery for outdoor photos is just breathtaking and the pond/small cabin house is perfect for portraits. I wanted my ceremony and reception all at one location so I knew I had to love my venue’s “plan B” indoor ceremony space; French creek’s barn is so beautiful as a ceremony space and then if it is warm enough/sunny the outdoor space is of course amazing for a ceremony too. The price per person was completely reasonable, and their wedding coordinator Kate is amazing! She is incredibly punctual, efficient, and well organized, our entire wedding timeline flowed seamlessly. I did not have to worry about a thing on my day! I got to enjoy every minute of it, they even provide a server that tends just to the bride and groom who went and got our drinks and kept our food warm for us as we went around to do our greetings to guests. The food was great, and the service was flawless. The reception space is modern, super clean, and timeless. Bottomline you will not be disappointed for one minute if you pick French Creek for your wedding, I LOVED everything!! I would give them a 10 star rating...
