I can’t even rate my experience on the scale of 0. I went 2 weeks ago for my first full set. When i went in she wasn’t very welcoming while she was doing my lashes she talked on the phone the whole time. I thought maybe she just needed to figure something out so i didn’t think anything of it. As today was my 2 week fill (by the way i take care of my lashes i washed them twice a day brushing multiple times. i am a lash tech so i know the after care) as i walk in she wasn’t ready for me and was already a few minutes late. I followed her to her spot she decided to eat because she was hungry. We started 15 mins late. She than was on the phone the whole time screaming and laughing. Very unprofessional!! Every time i looked at her she was talking and looking into the phone. I told her more than once i needed to get back to work and she was more concerned about the people on the phone than her client in front of her. She than over charged a hybrid fill is 60 dollars and she told 80 so that’s what i paid her. all around...
