Dollar General — Local services in East Palestine

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went into the store to get cash back, and didn’t see the sign that said “no cash back”. After listening to a whole conversation that I had with my partner about how much cash back to get (This whole time, they didn’t mention that they weren’t doing cash back) , they processed my transaction. Then, the ignorant old woman told me “you need to learn how to read”. Then the other ignorant old woman takes the cash out of the register and SLAMS it on the counter and says “here”. I’ve been extremely upset since I left the store.

So disgusting that these disgraceful old women think it’s okay to talk to people like that. Ive shopped at this Dollar General multiple times a week for almost 2 years, and after this, I will never return to this store.

I had my own issue with the manager. An item was on sale so I took it to the register to purchase it. The manager told me I was lying about the price, so I told her where I found it. She then said come with me so you don't walk out the door with the item. We went to where I got it from the shelf was stocked full of this item.
