Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Palestine

Pizza was cold and soggy. I opt to track my order via text message when I order it online and was notified at 7:00p that my pizza was on its way. I live two minutes away and it came at 7:20. I was sitting outside when my pizza arrived. The driver arrived with another passenger in the car who did not look like a Pizza Hut employee. He walked around to the other side of his car where he had the passenger unlock it but the passenger wanted to play around and not unlock the door. Finally he did and I received my pizza. It all around took longer than it should have, all for me to end up with cold, soggy pizza. The pizza was also topped horribly. There were three slices that were covered in pepperoni, while the remainder of the pizza had two slices of pepperoni on each. It was just awful. 1/10, will probably not order again...

Do not order there! Manager refused to help our situation. We asked to speak to the manager. Guy we talked to said he was the manager. He said his name was Douglas Douglas...really? He said just be thankful we got our pizza. Wrote an email to corporate. We'll see if they respond back. We don't expect anything. We just want Pizza Hut corporate know what kind of manager they have running the East Palestine location. We will never order from there again. Also, we'll tell everyone we know in town to not order from their either. There are 4 other pizza shops on town. We will give our future...

I tried to call our local store, but as always I got the damn call center. After a half hour of prompts in English and Spanish then a lengthy commercial. I get a guy I can hardly understand who is probably in Mexico. I tell him it sure would be really nice to be able to talk to our local store who is just down town..... Then he him up on me@#$&+*🤬😡 so I went to the local grocery stores and got a frozen on. Never to purchase anything from pizza hut...
