Normally I never write reviews but after our experience with S&W Appliances and especially Jerry our salesperson, I had to. I own my own business and I believe that you should do a great job and take care of your clients and that’s what Jerry and S&W did so I felt compelled to leave a review.
We went to S&W appliance after going to one of the big box stores and knowing more about appliances than the salesperson in the appliance section and we don’t know that much. We’ve been cooking with gas for over 40 years and our new home doesn’t have gas on the street so we needed to find an alternative.
When we entered the show room we were greeted with a “Hello”, which doesn’t happen much anymore and our salesmen Jerry asked us how he could help. We explained that we had just moved into our new home and that we needed a new cooktop or range and possible other appliances. We told him that we weren’t really familiar with any other type of cooking except for gas but that our new home didn’t have gas so we needed an alternative. Jerry spent the next hour going over the pros and cons of electric, propane and induction cook tops and ranges, he was DEFINITELY more knowledgeable than the guy at the big box store and knew way more about appliances than I ever will.
Ultimately, we decided to go with a new Induction range and Jerry was even nice enough to help us find the proper cookware on line so that we would get the best performance out of our new range. We were so happy with the entire process at S&W that we actually purchased all new appliances for our kitchen. A new range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the price we paid was cheaper than what we would have paid at the big box store.
After our purchase we left the store and 2 hours later Jerry called and left us a message letting us know our appliances would be delivered on Tuesday which was great but we had a lot of things going on that following Tuesday so I reached back out to Jerry and asked if there was anyway they could deliver the appliances on Monday. He said let me see what I can do and I’ll give you a call back. An hour later Jerry called me back and said that they would be able to deliver our appliances that following Monday.
Our appliances were delivered that following Monday at about 11:30 and the delivery people were very courteous and more importantly VERY CAREFUL when bring the appliances into our new home. Before leaving they leveled our new appliances and took all the packing material and our old appliances with them. Normally this would be enough to make anyone happy and we definitely were but about two hours later my phone rang and it was Jerry, our salesmen just following up with me to make sure the delivery went well and that we were happy with everything and if we had any questions. I told him everything was wonderful and that we truly appreciated the entire purchasing process through S&W and that we would definitely be returning whenever we needed any appliances in the future.

Read morePhenomenal customer service! I was shopping on their website and ended up in a text exchange with a salesperson named Jerry who was helpful and professional. He listened to my needs and offered sound advice without the least bit of high pressure sales. He signed off by simply saying "keep me posted" and told me his work hours. A few days later, I went to the store and he was even nicer in person! Again, no sales pressure. We chatted about everything under the sun and when it was time to get down to business, he helped me select a dishwasher that I could afford and he even found a way to get me the (special order) white model that I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I LOVED that it was a no judgement zone... he didn't seem to care that I'm a slob who hates doing dishes and that I'm clueless when it comes to appliances.
