
Very bad experience....went to a skating party. Lots of little tots there, which could be expected for a party. However, they were no staff out on the floor to keep order. Little children was going the wrong way with no one to direct them. Also paper was on the floor and popcorn that was never picked up. When the DJ stated that the rink is to be broken down the children did not understand what he was saying and they remain on the floor without anyone directed them. When I complaint to the DJ finally put on skates to go on the floor to supervise. Also the lady working behind the concession stand was very nasty...very poor customer service. They was not able to keep enough popcorn to serve the people. I will not be returning to Skate...
