It started out nice, but I accidently signed up for this gym instead of the other one in town where my buddy went. 2 hours after signing up, I went back to cancel it and I offered for them to keep my first month payment. The owner said it was no big deal and she understood. She gave me back my initial payment and said my paperwork would not be processed. Fast forward 3 months later and they have charged me for every month since then and the other fees. We've tried to get answers and we just get ignored. They said they wouldn't charge us again, but they charged us again AND still refuse to give is any kind of refund. I don't know what's going on, but apparently they will do whatever they can to get every dollar out of you, even if you cancel...

For one the gym is alright, the thing I recently noticed is that they claim they don’t have as many stupid rules as planet fitness Wich is stupid, I mean this is way more expensive and I payed 50 something for a month… and they tell me they have a rule that I can’t be in the gym if I’m not working out… I payed to use the gym it doesn’t matter the way I use it. Me for one I pay for the shower and to be able to charge my electronics since I live in my car and I am currently going through some stuff… They don’t do that at planet fitness plus it’s way less expensive… it’s upsetting how they...
