This owner is a thief and a liar. I sold her a product that she or someone in their store damaged with water. That is not covered in the warranty but I shipped her another product with the pretense she'd mail the other one back. Unbeknown to me she also had the factory ship her one as well! She then shipped the damaged one to the factory instead of to me who sold it to her. She lied telling me she also shipped my replacement to the factory as well.
