I am very understanding person and I hardly ever complain about restaurants and service but this is my first and last time coming. First of all, I waited about a hour for my food (I was patient and didn’t complain though because they were busy). I took my food to go just to see that they didn’t fulfill my order properly. This was an inconvenience because I have to use unnecessary gas and drive in the rain to go back to El Rancho when that’s time I could be using for more important things. When I get there, there’s a customer also having a frustrating time trying to explain how they got her order wrong. When they finally came to me, they didn’t seem to care or even realize how much of an inconvenience it is to take time out my busy schedule for their mistake. They didn’t offer to give me something for the inconvenience or recook my food freshly and correctly. They also don’t answer their phone. HUGE...
Read moreCame here on a Friday night with a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). We were seated in less than 5 minutes at a table with plenty of room. The chips and salsa were great! I ordered water with lemon, and the water tasted HORRIBLE. I nearly gagged on it and decided to order a soda without ice. My burrito and tamal were amazing 👏 I highly recommend the tamals from here smothered in their cheese. It can be a little spicy, but I enjoy spicy. The kids meals were great sizes and tasty. Our server was amazing and kept up with our needs. She made sure our cups stayed full. The only reason this establishment didn't receive 5 stars from me is because of the restrooms. The short hallway leading to the restrooms was not lit. The restroom was tiny - which isn't an issue. But it was run down and smelled horrible.
The takeaway from this: great food, great service. Don't drink the water and try to avoid...

Thanks to Ms. Cruz!

You could barely chew any of the shrimp from being so over cooked, and it took a lot of liquids to get it down. Also I ordered mixed vegetables instead of rice, and was told it would be broccoli and squash. I specifically told them I did not want green peppers and onions... But I got a huge dish of green peppers, onions, broccoli, and about four pieces of mushrooms. Mostly it was the onions and green peppers. Finally I asked for a large cup of quesadilla. What we got was about 4 oz... I don't know if that's what they consider large but I certainly don't for the cost.
I'm...
