I am not one to go back and leave a review, in fact I have even waited a few days after as to not do it in haste. Five years ago I had an amazing purchase experience buying a 2018 Seadoo GTX Limited 300 from Lisa when it was Talbot........Well fast forward five years later. I was at preston with a buddy who is purchasing his second ski from there, he had a few cosmetic issues that were addressed instantly and a salesman that wasn't even his stepped in to help (Tyler). When all was said and done, I mentioned to Tyler would you like to sell me a ski? He of course said yes.
I left him my cell number and told him I wanted the exact same one my buddy just picked up (2023 GTX Limited 300), the only catch was dealing with me trading in my old ski.
Well they made me a very fair offer on my old ski, Tyler kept me in the loop with everything going on as well as a last minute add on. When I say it was effortless, I kept asking him if anything else was needed.......It was almost so easy I felt like something was not going to work. The drop off of my old ski and the transfering of the new was very easy, the new ski is wonderful. The little touch of giving my son the stuffed frog with the preston shirt was very appreciated as well.
I have sent many people to Talbot and will continue to do so with Preston, also Tyler is truly a class act no BS guy/salesman....

I called 3 days ago wanting to trade my like new Brute force 750 for a side by side. Day 1 I was told ok great I’ll get you a round about price on your atv and some pics of the side by sides we have in stock. Nothing came. I called again that afternoon was told they are busy By phill a salesman The same salesman I spoke with the first day. He said he would have everything to me shortly. Nothing again. I could go on but at this point I’m at 4-5 phone calls no quotes no pics , just to be told they have a lot of “deals” going on. Believe me I understand, summer on the eastern shore is a nut house. But 4-5 phone calls 3 days and nothing. I understand there may be no money to be made on my atv bc of how new the unit is but I was willing to do what I had to do to get something more suitable for my family and farm. The salesman at front desk (with cust).. no acknowledgment I was there. I get it, he was busy. As I walked thru, I noticed 3 other associates walking in rear of store tending to ?? One associate looked straight at me & kept walking, even after I said hello.
As I worked my way back thru to the front, the Salesman was still talking with a customer & trying to make the sale. As I walked by them (4' away) there was still no acknowledgement that I was leaving the store, as though he had no time to say "thanks for visiting", or, perhaps "do you have any questions we might answer?", or, "I'll get to you as soon as I can." Nothing!
I'll get my questions answered somewhere else. There are plenty of other places...
