Coffin Creek — Local services in Eastvale

I’ve been a resident in Eastvale for sometime and I was shocked to learn this place existed especially because it was so close to my home. First and foremost I want to say that the overal staffing and professionalism and security that had a huge part to play in why the park was so wonderful. We were parked by one of the workers and she even gave us some feedback and her opinion on the park we were a large group so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to all go together but she informed us that If we did the Trail we would be able to go together. The lines were long but they moved very fast the worst part was actually getting up there to pay it was about a quarter mile uphill but we were very entertained because some of the preformers would come and try to scare and interact with us. It wasn’t that expensive but expect to spend between 30-200 depending on the size of the group. The trail was very fun about 10 minutes long but being that me and my husband were in the back we got a lot of the scariest moments like being followed by the actors and actress. I won’t give to much away but it is worth it. They have food and drinks we didn’t buy any but I heard they aren’t to expensive. They have a total of 5 mazes and have a pretty good package deal if you attend all 5. Overal we had a great time and plan to go back either this year or next October 2018. Happy...

Event cancelled, I was sent an email about the 2024 event being cancelled. Because of the multiple spelling and grammar errors I assumed it was a scam. I checked their website and it was indeed cancelled. I have sent multiple emails to the event and received no response regarding a refund. Poor communication and handling of the situation. They are still selling tickets to the cancelled event on Eventbrite and Eventbrite refused to refund me because of the event not being cancelled on their platform. California law requires a refund in the event of a cancellation. Extremely disappointed at the handling of the situation and lack of professionalism and no response to emails or phone calls. Avoid at all costs. Do better.

Edit: only after this review did I receive any kind of communication from this event. I did not buy tickets to Fear IE, I purchased tickets to Coffin Creek. And as Coffin Creek is cancelled I do not wish to go to a second location that I did not purchase tickets for. Please just send me a refund, cancel the event on Eventbrite, and do the...

My wife and I went opening night and were super excited as this was by the same crew that did the amazing Haunted Vineyard from back in the day.

Unfortunately the overall experience left us wanting for the price we paid. The event was supposed to start at 7pm, we weren't let in until 720pm or so. We didn't get into the forest maze until about 7:45pm. The second maze wasnt open until after 8pm since half the actors have arrived or were filling out hiring paperwork. Not very professional all.

The Asylum maze was great, the catacombs seemed under staffed and boring, the haunted trail was fun, the haunted hayride was okay and the dark realms was just meh. When pricing for all five mazes is the same price as a knott's scary farm pass, id go to knotts scary farm.
