Rollin' Smoke BBQ — Local services in Eau Claire

Service was great - food, not my cup of tea. The seasoning is very black peppery (and tasted like it hadn't been cooked after being applied to the meat - exterior of ribs and brisket were grainy) , the ribs/ brisket/ pulled pork/ chicken basically all tasted the same. The cole slaw and Mac and cheese were very tasty, Corn bread and burnt ends were decent, and the cowboy beans weren't cooked through. I like a good bark on my BBQ and the ribs didn't really have that at all.

Jim and Marie are the kindest souls, and really put their heart into the food/their business. Rollin’ Smoke graciously catered our wedding reception (on a 95+ degree day!) and the food was absolutely phenomenal!! We received compliments on the meal throughout the entire night, and they were onsite from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly.
