Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eau Claire

My pizza was ordered ahead for pick up. It was getting to the point where it should be ready and my app said they were boxing it up now so we headed to the store. We waited for almost an hour at the store. Got the pizza and it was burnt and cold! I think it was ready but they left it out and got busy or something idk but it was horrible. I ate one piece because I was so hungry at this point. I got very sick! Thanks for food poisoning really was a great end to my day. 🙄 This place keeps getting worse and worse. They also shoved my order in the heater tower thing while I stood there with my arms open than they forgot to press the button saying there's a pizza in there so obviously it wouldn't open because it thought it was empty. I tried to get the guys attention he ignored me and I waited an extra 15min. Longer than the hour I was already waiting just arguing with him because he kept making me try again after I finally got his attention. Even though I kept saying it didn't even show a pizza in the thing. My name wasn't on the board or anything. Oh and all the times I go in there and they are dead, which is more often than not, you'd think they'd have time to clean. It's often disgustingly filthy in there. I won't go back...

I've never been let down by the pizza here. For the price it is a good value. It's not the $5 pizza anymore, but the prices are up everywhere. I don't know about other locations recently, but this one seems to have set Hot-n-Ready aside. I've never been able to get a ready pizza during the last couple years. This time, I ordered ahead and still had to wait. When the worker was putting the pizzas into their "vending machine," I told her that I thought they were mine. She did not acknowledge me and continued to cram them into the warmer. When I typed in my code to retrieve the pizzas, the door was jammed and had difficulty opening. She had stacked sauces on top of the pizzas, which were higher than the door opening, making it a challenge to get the pizzas out without...

Usually we get awesome service & pizza but unfortunately this time it wasn't for either. Went in at 4 pm. Waited 10 minute for a worker to wait on us. There were 3 of them working. Was told at 4:15 that our 2 pepperoni pretzel crusts would be ready in 15 minutes. Finally got our pizza 25 minutes later. Got home with our pizzas to find they were not cut and had so much cheese sauce on them that the cheese & pepperoni toppings just slide right off. Mind you we live 25 minutes away so i was not taking it back to have it made correctly. I want to give them a 1 star but I can't because we love the pretzel crust pizza too much.
