Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while. As soon as I walked in, I was met with the manager’s daughter eating McDonald’s French fries in my face, without a mask mind you. As I’m shopping, I heard another store clerk talking and she didn’t have a mask on. She started eating her McDonald’s meal at the register in front of customers while carrying on a conversation (about how much she wanted to leave that day) with the cashier checking people out. So when I went to check out, everything was fine until we got to my last item. It didn’t have a tag but I got it from the clearance section, either the $5 or $7 rack. Instead of asking me, the clerk decided to charge me for a similar looking shirt that cost $20. If she would have asked, I would have told her it was a clearance item, but due to her unprofessional behavior I was charged extra. The store overall is disorganized and I find it disturbing that the cashiers don’t have to wear masks during this pandemic. Read moreAbsolutely poor customer service from this store. I've been to many stores and definitely wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. Tried to get an exchange for some items and just got attitude and rude comments from the staff, including laughter as I left the store. This was the first and definitely will be the last time I will ever be at this store. Whatever exchange policy they have is a thief's policy...So to save you a lot of time and shop elsewhere, if you lose your receipt, even if you have your proof of purchase from your bank with all the tags on the items, your money is as good as gone, might as well as trash the items as you won't use them either! Store has no air conditioning, and very cluttered. I always write great reviews and give good credit, so am so disappointed to have written this one. Read moreThe prices are OK but the weirdest & most inconvenient thing was their dressing rooms are still not open... Nobody's even wearing masks anymore!!! So you have to buy & take home items your not sure are going to fit... & you must return whatever doesn't with a receipt in 7 days... I guess that could be a way to get customers back in the store.. & the workers don't have to return items left in their dressing rooms.. Major inconvenience for their customers.. So even with my busy schedule I got the bag in my car ready to return items.. The count down is on!!!!! I'm definitely NOT going to buy anything after this...
