I try hard to buy products from local businesses but I have a three strike you’re out policy. We just did a major home remodel and got all our supplies from Coles in Eddyville On one morning just after opening the guy that had to load the supplies complained the entire time he was loading, he said it was too early for that “ crap” A few days later we had a large order of Sheetrock preordered for an early morning delivery. They were two hours late getting here past the time we had agreed on. It cost me two hours labor on four men waiting to start work so I started out the day 200.00 in the hole. Never an apology from the driver, he just unloaded and never said a word. Went in last week to purchase French patio doors. Three men sitting behind the counter and no other customers in the store. We were never acknowledged when we came in nor were we asked if we needed help. We checked out the display of doors for a few minutes and still no one even acknowledged we were there. I finally told my husband ( loud enough for them to hear) that they didn’t want to sell us anything.
