USN-RET and disabled and very disappointed veteran. We love our country, our home and prospective new church here in the area. Me and my husband have visited this store 3 times all during the week. We normally ignore rude treatment if it isn't to blatant. This weekend, we went and our experience was absolutely horrible. A man followed us around the store, which was weird, but, we ignored it and shopped. We found several items we wanted to purchase including two antique lanterns in a locked case that we've admired a while..we wanted these to help with our Gunsmoke theme.. We finally decided to buy them, However, once we reached the counter, the woman who said nothing she walked away and never returned. We stood there shocked. 21 years serving our country, when I look in the mirror and I see what we sacrificed it's ok, challenging, but ok because God is Good. But,when we walk into a business, in our country, to spend our hard earned money to support a local business only to be insulted by the employee.. well makes me want to share scripture.
