Worst experience for ridiculously expensive clothing. My fiance and I wanted to get him a custom suit for our wedding day. We started this process 5 months before the day and were told we had plenty of time. The first fitting was a nightmare and the suit didn’t fit anywhere near how it should. The second fitting was equally as bad and his sleeves on his suit were two different lengths. We were told we would still have time to get it but then told they would have to send the coat with our mother to Italy because they wouldn’t have it done in time. Knowing it would not fit, we did not trust that we could use it and had to buy a new suit elsewhere 3 days before leaving for our wedding. Our sales rep was less than apologetic and not very communicative. We always had to reach out to her asking about our items. I also recommended her to my mother in law and her garments were not done either. For the price that is ridiculous. Also, clearly sales reps should NOT be doing the measuring and fittings unless they are trained in how to do so the proper way. Representative was completely clueless about setting appropriate customer expectations and taking accountability for mistakes. There was barely even an apology. Will never order from here again and will let other know...

I’ve been working with Kay Kacheroski for many year’s. She’s highly professional and very knowledgeable in her trade. I do not think I have one item that I have purchased over these many years that is not still in my closet. The clothes last, they fit perfect, they look great. It’s worth it to pay a little more for quality. I buy suits, sports jackets, Dress shirts/pants, Jeans, casual shirts, and sometimes shoes. I dislike going in stores and this works great for me. I pick all the fabrics, I pick all of the designs out of their very diverse library. I’ve use some fun designs that were meant for a sports jacket turned it into pretty cool pants. I Enjoy the process. She has a complete history of everything I’ve ever bought and she knows the gap’s of what I’m missing and they are ahead of the trend on what’s coming for the coming season’s. A number of years ago, I had a little extra money and went to Tom James to get some nice clothing to last me for a while. I got a grey suit, a blue blazer, several pairs of wool pants and a half-dozen shirts.... They took my measurements and the clothes fit perfectly at the time, and now, many years later, they still do. Some of the shirts have worn out, but the blazer, suit, and trousers are still going strong... A couple weeks ago, I noticed that all of my white shirts had gone to their reward, and called up Tom James. Their staff responded promptly, found my measurements from years ago, and the shirts are on their way.... I was and am very happy with this company and their staff...
