Don't sleep on this place and be sure to have a cooler ready. I heartily recommend the mango habanero brats or any of their bratwursts or fry sausage for that matter.. don't forget the Canadian bacon or jerky too while you're there. In fact my friend who does home butchering took a bite and asked where I picked up such good brats, after I told him Butchers Edge in Edgeley, he said, "You picked these up in Edgeley?
