I have a solar screen company and I was looking for someone to fill in an order for new shirts. It is so hot out here in the Rgv. Sam suggested the dry-fit shirts with my company logo. I agreed, they have several colors all of them are awesome! I put a tiny deposit and not 3 weeks later I had 10 company shirts with my logo. I am so glad I decided to go with this company. It was not expensive at all and these shirts are so comfortable. I can now go to work comfortably as I work outside in the heat. Very bad customer service. The first time I went I had a great experience with an employee there and I actually gave the business a 5 star review. The second time I did business here I don’t want the owner and sadly it was such a horrible experience. Being a small business owner you would think that you would try your best to provide exceptional customer service, especially when someone pre-pays for an owner and expects for something to be done by a deadline and it is not.
