Very unsatisfied with my purchase. I purchased an iMac and as I went to pick it up I wasn't told on the phone that it didn't come with the actual mouse or keyboard. I took it home and it took me about a few days (due to work) to unbox it and turn it on and it was very very slow. I messaged the gentleman that helped me and asked if I could get a refund and he said I couldn't. Virtual learning started for my son and I had no choice but to use it. As my son is logging on it freezes, took forever and never changes to a new user. Takes a long time. I will not purchase anything from RGV Surplus again. Very dissatisfied with...

I love going here but wish they would lower their prices...some of the things they have have been there a long time! Out with the old and in with the new...also i wish they would sort everything out and take stuff out of boxes...its hard to see...
