Eric lives up to all of the positive reveiws he's received, and more! I removed the hard drive from my Dell laptop and brought it to him, to recover some lost and inaccessible files, and transfer them to a mini external hard drive that I also provided. He not only recovered everything from the drive, and copied them to the external drive, but also fixed a number of corrupted Windows files, and organized the disk partitions on the drive, to the point that I was able to re-install it in the laptop, and the computer now runs flawlessly. I had expected to have to purchase another laptop, but thanks to Eric's expertise, that doesn't appear to be the case.
