Wawa — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

I stopped in on my bday before leaving AC to grab coffee and food before hitting the expressway and i wish i hadn’t because some psychotic man was off his rocker and snatched his order and bumped into everything in his way including me. And as I’m yelling to him like excuse me sir you just bumped into wth at least say excuse me. He runs out the door storming through the doors. The young lady at the food counter is the only person who reacted as i was clearly upset that this man just almost knocked me down. She tried to get the attention of someone not sure who but either way i was so upset and the rest of the staff just kept saying oh he’s always like that. Umm excuse me he shouldn’t be allowed in here acting and carrying on like that. I was so upset especially learning he’s a regular there. There’s no way that man should be allowed in there ever again. Where is the manager here?! Do something because your staff nor your customers are safe with that lunatic. He definitely gave me serial killer vibes something was clearly wrong no way a normal person is that upset while waiting on a food order. Absolutely unacceptable!!! This location is not safe! Go to another location! You have been warned!!! I feel bad for the associates even having to put up with that. The manager here clearly does not care about his associates nor customers!!! I’m sure I’m not the first person that experienced this crazy behavior from this...

I was just there literally there just got home to ac the customer service from the one employee that made my sandwich was not very nice I paid for a bunch of stuff and accidentally the young lady rung up one food ticket which was one of my sons I was with All 3 so when he i went to get my food he said in a nasty voice and look you need to pay for it 1st and I said I did! Not knowing it was missed when I went to the register so it was an accident but when I get back to the register the young lady was rolling her eyes because I asked for a receipt to verify my order! Which I have a right she was annoyed!! And then we figure out she missed the one ticket I thanked her 3 times and got NOT one reaction from her I didn’t get her name but she needs some customers service skills and she lucky I wasn’t in my car I had someone waiting I work in customer service and guest services for years and didn’t appreciate this I love Wawa and have been to this one!! Many times This young kids needs classes not a good luck for Wawa on the other hand I give the young lady at the coffee station a 10/10 she was nice and made my kids breakfast sandwich’s with no issues or nasty...

I often visit Wawa offshore around where I live and work. Usually for gas or a quick stop. The place is great. The service is supreme. It’s a very popular destination. Especially with the Tourists, NAFEC, the military, workmen, and police and ambulance services. It is especially busy early morning, lunchtime, and dinner and late night. But service is quick. There’s a big gas station on the premises, and an ATM inside, and even a place to get ice water for free. And of course they’re famous deli. Where are you can get subs , salads made, or full on dinners and pizza. Also, there’s a coffee bar where you can find typical creamers that you can add to your coffee. there’s also premade food and salads and fruit and yogurt. But that’s not the end of it. There is also men and women’s bathrooms inside. Plenty of stalls. But I do have to tell you, for as long as I’ve been going there, I have never seen an air pump working. So please don’t go there just for air in your tires. Tip: There’s another Wawa further down Tilton Road. Before...
