I live in Austin, TX and started my wedding dress search here. I followed up with a virtual appointment with the famous Kleinfeld's in New York. I was sorely disappointed in these experiences! The attendants didn't seem interested in finding what I envisioned and were just focused on fast closing a sale with whatever they had in stock. I was pretty defeated when my mother suggested we try New Beginnings Bridal & Prom in my hometown. I was bowled over by the variety of selection and modern pieces. Even if I didn't find my dream dress (I did!) I would still rave about my experience because the customer service was top notch! Kim was patient and really listened to what I liked and needed for my dress. She had selections pulled and waiting for me, took her time pulling even more options so I had plenty to choose from, was thoughtful about cost and budget, and made the entire visit a real joy. We shopped 6 dress shops all over the Houston area and then found New Beginnings while searching for a prom dress. So grateful we made the drive.
