Central Cinema 6 — Local services in El Dorado

I really, really liked this theater. I recently signed up for MoviePass and had gone to the show there. Next time I went they said they couldn’t take it even though they accept MasterCard and that violates MasterCard agreements. The manager at the counter was demeaning and rude and the owner lied to me about not being paid full price by MoviePass (research it and see). They lost four customers over the issue that night. Sad to see them not wanting paying customers when it’s a win win for them.

Previous review: This is a great theater that has the small town charm and the best of Hollywood. The prices of the tickets and concessions make it worth a little drive to it. In fact I have chosen the last two movies there over the 13th Warren. It can't compete with the glitz of the Warren, but at the end of the day you have an enjoyable movie watching experience for about 1/2 the cost. Manager said she was high risk and didn’t care if she wore one or not, didn’t care about her customers either.

How about caring to keep the theater open and keeping it safe for her customers?

This will be the last time we come here during the pandemic. Sad because I believed in this theater and wanted to support it to stay open.
