Adt is the worst security system that is on the market they have super cheap and simple engineering! The adhesive on the motion sensors are super strong and they only send you one piece for each piece they do t have no extra in the box just in case it messes up or rips paid off your wall & doors!!! The customer service system is also built to lure customers away so your chances of getting real help from a enthusiastic representative is rare so be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes on the phone and be prepared to make a couple calls just incase they hold session during the phone call. The worst part is getting to a manager or someone higher in the business because now you need to send a email to get a hold of them. This is definitely not worth time & money. Now i got to be committed For a whole year because Im not trying to mess up my credit! I just started getting my life together and this is certainly wasting my time. I do not answer calls except for those in my contact list. ADT did not leave any messages. I called the number on the postcard and I was told I would have a 30 minute wait. I then scanned the QR code and set up the service appointment by using the chat feature as I needed to have my smoke and carbon monoxide sensors repaired/replaced as they had sent a message that they were not working properly. The agent then set up the appointment and on the day of the appointment the technician arrived and was able to upgrade the radio but when I asked him to fix the other problems he stated that he was only a radio tech. He contacted the ADT scheduler and found that another service appointment was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. That was the first time I had been made aware of a second appointment.
