We are quite disappointed in your company to say the least. My friend will not be as nice as I am. In fact I have had to do some serious talking him out of the things he would of wrote about your company. He is working out of state and happened to be in the El Paso area briefly and has been watching out for a Hummer H2 SUT and happened on your website and called. He found the perfect deal and a unicorn actually. Your salesperson, Ricardo and Ben talked and the extreme interest was expressed with cash in hand and they were an hour an half away from the dealership. They got in the car and immediately started to drive there with the sales person telling my friend it would be there for him and your dealership was anxious to do business with him and only a couple of blocks away did your salesman tell Ben the vehicle was sold from out under him. So then they hand to turn around and drive back to their job empty handed.

Bad business, you could of called Ben a little earlier or even suggested he could put a deposit or holding money down and he would of gladly given you his debit card information. This would of been perfect for him as his time out of state was almost done and instead of flying home, he could of driven and had title in hand after paying your company cash.

I have never ever had an experience with a dealership like that. If I am truly interested, they willingly hold it for a few hours and if there was someone else competing for a vehicle, they would of called me and we would of have immediately done a holding down payment or security deposit. This is the second time I get my vehicle inspection done with them and I never have to wait unlike in other places! It's a quick 15 minutes or less! My vehicle last year was in a small accident and ever since I got my car back from the collision center, the alignment wasn't right. It pulled pretty hard to the left. The collision center in which my car was in did the alignment twice and no change at all. It still pulled to the left. So I had to take matters into my own hands since the collision center didn't do a good job. Just yesterday I had my alignment redone once again for the third time (first time at this place). And this place did an outstanding job!!! My car is centered and doesn't pull to the left anymore!!! They have high tech state of the art equipment. To make it even better if you have a very low car even if slammed to the ground, they will be able to do the alignment for you since the platform is flushed with the ground and not half a foot above the ground. On a 2007 Land Rover Range Rover sport took in for service. Mechanic told me I needed a battery spent almost $300 on a battery which was not the issue they later told me it was the starter another $300 for a starter did not fix the issue. Had to pay for two toes approximately another $200, and they refuse to admit that they couldn’t find the problem. Still charged me and refused to refund any money in spite of not having the expertise to identify the real problem. Service manager lied to me and told me he had the diagnostic equipment they did not and we’re completely guessing when confronted they refused to issue any credits or refund any money in spite of the mechanical incompetence and billing me for changing out parts that were not the problem do not recommend for any type of service. Staff was unwilling to help owner heard all the issues and the entire history over eight months and still would Not accept Responsibility for replacing parts that were good.
