Do not come here if you can help it! What everyone is saying is the straight dope. My “Drop and hook” for 12pm turned into a live load that took 8 hours. I was told they forgot to load the trailer I was picking up, so they had the spotter put my empty to door 26. The shipping clerk told me to hook to it once it was in the door and come get my paperwork after getting the green light. After 5 hrs of nothing, I called my dispatch so they can work it. The dispatch got in touch with the Azar Nuts sales rep. Their sales rep was told by the shipping clerk here that I just backed to a door and never checked in lol. Straight up lie. They said I just sit out in my truck for 5.5 hrs doing nothing at a door with no one saying anything. But I somehow was able to sign the checkin sheet at 1015am. Again, do not come here if you...

I mean i live here so I can at least drop my trailer and keep my day going but let me give you the past 3 experiences.

1st: 8 hours to load wasted a whole day there because I was new to trucking and didn't know I could drop. Very annoying for a candy load (it's almost a dry load these people act like it's pork)

2nd: Dropped trailer. They "lost" it in their small yard for 2 days. I passed by both days and could see it from the street. They "found" it the third day but load was canceled already. Lol

3rd: Dropped trailer and they ACTUALLY didn't lose it and loaded it same day. Just took them 12 hrs only 🥰 Luckily I went about my day cuz I knew they'd pull this. They went on telling me my load wasn't ready when I got there.

Avoid this place if you're not from here. I'm surprised they're still...

I arrived early and they were nice enough to let me spend the night here no problems whatsoever. I walked in to the shipping office which is very close to where you park your truck and I was helped right away. They got me to a door and got me loaded and a guy came out let me know I was done and I could go get my paperwork.

Being partly crippled I parked in front of the building and the yard goat driver told me it wouldn't be a problem he was very nice to me they gave me my paperwork and I was out. Also don't forget to bring your driver's license in with you when you go to get your paperwork because they do need to take a photocopy of it and just be nice it's got a great group people...
