There is no way to express how negatively I view this place. I'll not only never eat from here again, but I tell everyone I know to not do it, either. I'm sure this will put this restaurant into such a light, you'll likely avoid this place too.

I'll start off with this. For years, we enjoyed this place. It USED to have good food. I've watched the quality and preparation of the food change time and again, and so we ordered from there less and less. I can give you the exact date of the last time we (my husband and I) ever bothered. Then, I'll give you the last time I'm sure my aunt in law will ever try it.

Let me be clear; I didn't order the food. I haven't even eaten from them for over two years. But the last time my children have eaten any of it (my daughter actually as my son didn't partake in this); March 15th, 2024.

My mother in law ordered from here. We usually did delivery. My daughter was more or less coerced into eating it by someone other than me, against my wishes. I didn't eat any, my husband was at work, and my son didn't eat any. Long story on the dynamic.

March 16th, in the afternoon, after a morning of vomiting diarrhea and crying, my 7 year old daughter almost died because of raw pork contamination with the food. She didn't even eat pork. She had rice and beans. So, someone didn't wash something properly. If the ER Doctor didn't start her on antibiotics right then, she would have.

Before you think, it's something I made, that was the only thing she ate that evening and she had cereal for breakfast (a treat, I don't let them have cereal but a handful of times a year). I WAS encouraging her to eat the berries I got her (which she loves), but apparently that was a problem via the third person. I didn't feed her pork, or chicken, cooked or otherwise, for over a month. I know that because I stopped preparing those due to my own dietary restrictions (beef only) at this point. She was out of school for a week. This was a very fast acting virus. It HAD to be the food.

I watched my 7 year old go through a horrifying amount of blood loss, go catatonic, hypothermia, and hypoxic. I watched her cry and cry, scared she'll die. I stayed with her 24/7 for a week in ICU, not sleeping.

Were we not so terrified, exhausted, and desperate at this time, we would have sued.

A couple of weeks ago the same one who made my daughter eat this food, tried it again and started vomiting and had diarrhea, herself. She finally chose not to eat it anymore,...

We bought some fund raising tickets to help out with kid's sports. According to the ticket, you have 3 different plate choices. So I checked the prices for those 3 plates and the average price was $8.50. I didn't really care for either of the 3 so I asked if I could substitute it for a plate of equal or lesser price and was told "NO". I can understand if I were asking for a much higher priced meal but I was actually getting a plate that was $6.99 saving them some $$$. All I was told was "we don't do that". Bad business sense not to mention Bad Customer Service. Especially since we were the only people there. Then I ordered a burrito and the tortilla was drenched in oil. I wanted a burrito didn't ask for a "chimichanga". By the way I wasn't aware that you could sell shoes, or boots in this case, at a restaurant. That would consist of people having to remove their shoes to try on what they were interested in purchasing. In a restaurant.....? Isn't that against health dept. policies?. As you can see I recieved a response to this review and as you can tell they don't have any "customer service" manners. Yes I ate the fillings of the burrito but left just about all of the oil drenched tortilla. I've yet to buy a "donkey"..... I've come across a few but have no interest in purchasing any. GOOD...

Used to LOOOVE this place, now they take forever and the food is hardly mediocre. Not sure if they’ve just lost their good workers or what. The past three times I’ve called to try and place an order I have to call repeatedly just for them to answer. Last time I was calling them for 15 minutes straight before they answered, when I showed up for my food they were dead so it wasn’t because they were super busy which would be understandable but they were just standing there really. When I asked for chille con queso I was asked to go wait in my car and told they would bring it out quickly (not like chille con queso isn’t an item that’s made and ready to put in a cup and serve) I waited 10 minute in my car for the queso and then walked back in and it was like the lady at the counter who told me to wait in my car forgot that I asked for queso because she was just looking at the menus and when I asked about the cheese she was super red and embarrassingly sayin “I didn’t forget about you” then immediately went to the back, put the cheese in a cup and gave it to me. I hate to say it but this place is going down hill and they have gotten good at wasting customers time. Also wouldn’t recommend eating in because they’re air conditioning hasn’t...

Went here for lunch. The food was delicious and greeted as soon as we walked in. We weren't sure if we waited to be seated and who was waiting on us, because no one walked up to us when we walked in. We got complimentary potato chips and salsas. Ordered the lunch special, it comes with soup and main dish of your choice, also tea and dessert, all for $6.75. Great special, ordered tortilla soup. It had big pieces of squash, carrots, cabbage, onions and cilantro. It was topped with way too many jalapeno pieces, onions and tostada strips. I chose the enchiladas and my husband got the gorditas. Each plate came with beans and little salad, soup and main dish were very good. What was confusing, was the dessert. It was a little bowl of cucumber pieces, weird dessert. The place is a bit run down. Water was spilled all over floor in bathroom and trash can overflowing. Too many menu boards on display, can be a bit confusing as to which one to order from if you don't dine in. Staff member was friendly, only saw one waitress. Someone else mopping other part of dining area. Atmosphere was ok. Pricing is very inexpensive.

I have ordered 3 separate times from here and each time I was very disappointed. This last time I got 2 chilaquiles plates and burrito of Colita de Pavo and Arizona teas when delivered I was so disappointed. The plate 11 for chilaquiles two eggs a side of beans and lettuce ok I guess no rice flavor not great. Then I get to the burrito. Bad just the meat plain burnt and looks old and dry and barely any meat. Food does not taste fresh. Looks more like they just heat and serve leftovers. I didn’t get picture of plate but this is how the burrito looked after I took a bite wished I would have checked it first.

I have tried this place several times but the food tastes bland to me. I have tried several items on the menu and everything I have tried has no flavor in my opinion. Last week was the last time I went and I bought a burrito and there was hardly no meat in it plus the salsa was very watery and had no flavor. I'm giving up on this place. Service has always been friendly just the food I personally don't like.
