Hands Downs the best anime shops in El Paso! I've been going since 2022 whenever they have Godzilla Merchandise, Anime Figure, or Action Figure that I love on what they have available. All staff that are there when I go are all friendly and helpful. Chris is one of the friendliest staff I've met. He gives good advice and tips on Gundam Model kits or related model kits like car models on what to start with and choose what you like to go with. He's been the best whenever I see him. Started doing my first Gundam and Car model earlier this year from him. This shop has your Gundam needs of model kits to tool nippers to stand base for your Gundams. Has a good amount of anime figures from one piece to current animes. Some trading cards like Pokémon, One Piece, etc. Good selection of Plushs like Hello Kitty, some anime Plush too. Their prices are reasonable from what they sell of where they buy their merchandise from. Overall, this is one hell of an awesome anime store to come. Thank you to Robo Gato for many amazing shopping experiences. I will continue to love and support this store for what they have...

Love this place and my children love it too. We are all into anime and loved everything in there. I was hoping for a lil more inventory but then again it's right after Xmas so I understand. But what they did have was amazingly fun, cute and really cool stuff. Customer service was ok. It wasn't great but just ok. Young lady at the register not once asked if we needed any help or gave insight into the products they had even after I asked if they would be receiving more items or if this is their usual inventory. She only said,"we get things every week". I asked for the price of an item that was far from my reach because I'm short and well she just simply said, "prices are on the item". I had to get my son to try and reach it. She was to busy on her phone. She was never rude but the customer service just wasn't there. But regardless maybe it just wasn't her day and won't keep us from going back and check out what new items they have. Make sure to hit up their instagram, there they post the new items they receive. I only found this out because another customer i met through Facebook...
