I paid upfront for a dress for my daughter's Quinciñera and was told it would arrive by a set date. When I arrived to pick up the dress with my daughter it was twice as big as her size even though she was measured at the store prior to ordering it. They blamed the manufacturer's chart and said it would have to be re-ordered. They promised us a call the following Thursday for pick up. Thursday came and went and no courtesy call. Instead, when I called to inquire about the delivery, the owner Carmen unapologetically said that my daughter's dressed was 'accidentally' shipped to Miami and that it would take another four days to retrieve it. The owner Carmen was very unproffesional and rude on the phone and would talk over me when I mentioned that this was the second inconvenience. She took no ownership of the problem and blamed everyone else but herself. This is a poorly run business. At this point they have my money and my daughter's dress and I have nothing to show for it but a bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the time and money and shop somewhere else for a formal dress. I wish I could have read the reviews to this place before I walked in there. Kudos on ruining my teenage daughter's day. Please look up the word empathy in the dictionary. I came to rent a dress from this company. The dress never left the facility. They charged $54 including tax to rent the dress plus another $30 deposit fee which they said they would give back after the dress was returned. I called and asked for a refund because I wouldn't be able to use it. The woman on the form informed me that all sales were final. She said that she explained this before signing although I do not recall her explaining this before signing. She was very rude and said she has worked there for 5 years and knows she told me so I would have to just lose out on the money. The most they could do was refund the deposit. The woman was extremely rude with her answers and after I said it was a shame she said there was nothing she would do for me and hung up. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Unless you absolutely know you can use the dress and are willing to spend $80+ then DO NOT purchase from here. Worst...

Two and a half stars. I bought a package for a rental dress which I thought was a great deal. I would have given them more stars because of this however, the services that were included with the package weren’t great. They schedule the appointments for the services that are included and don’t go over the details of what is and isn’t included with the services. The nail tech they hire works from home and charges extra wether you need a new set or not. The makeup/hair person does your hair and makeup at the store which in my opinion is not very professional and she was over 45 minutes late. For someone who was trying to avoid stress by getting everything at one place, this was pretty stressful.
