To my surprise they answered that same night within minutes and were attentive to my every question. I asked for financing options and they sent me the options over the phone. The application was very easy and I headed over once I was approved. I am a VERY indecisive person and was undecided between 2 living room sets. They were super friendly and patient with me, even as I just sat there staring at my 2 options for almost an hour, they answered all of my questions while in the store, and once I finally made a decision they completed the transaction in a few minutes, and they even guaranteed me same day delivery.
