Pancit Wagon — Restaurant in El Paso

Young lady seemed very nice, first and foremost. Ordered the Pancit Bichon and the Turon . Pancit was supposed to come with vegetables and there were none in sight. Plenty of chicken but I really would of enjoyed some vegetables. Skewer was really dry and hard to eat. Portion size is poor. Turn was good but a little burnt. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but I considered ordering the pancit again and thought—nah, it’s just not worth it. The last time was terrible. Usually, it’s decent, but this time it was way off. The pancit was overcooked, mushy, and overly salty. On top of that, the prices are too high for the portion size and overall quality. The food was very tasty but the portion size was so small... I spent $40 for a very little amount of food for two people. I also bit into a huge piece of ginger that I thought was a piece of chicken. It was not pleasant..... But since there is very limited Filipino food spots in El Paso, I guess this would be the place you would go to if you didn't want to leave...
