My family and I drove there from Davison to enjoy a fun activity on Father's Day. So it wasn't a terribly far drive. Also when we got there, it seemed like a nice, well kept up place. I will agree they could do with a update to the putt putt course, but it's not a major deal to me and my family. We only went there for putt putt. Well there is a 6 stroke limit per hole and it was pretty busy today. We waited about 40 minutes and only played 2 holes. No one was following the stroke limits and making things take forever. The general public were the ones making things insufferable there. Unfortunately, no one from the business came out to keep people going. Me and my family left before we got to the 3rd hole and went back inside the business to ask for our money back. It's a putt putt course, not Cedar Point. I don't need to wait 15-20 minutes between each hole. So it made the experience not worth it. When I first came in and explained the situation, it didn't seem like the owner(Steve) wanted to give a refund. Seemed like he just wanted to tell me it's busy and whatever else. I explained we waited 40 minutes for 2 holes on Father's Day. I wanted my money back, I think that's fair, we only golfed 2 holes in almost an hour. I understood that it may not be the decision that Steve wanted to make, but it was the right decision to refund my money. At first he offered us free day passes, which I was not ok with at all. Doesn't make up for the wasted gas, time and general inconvenience. After having to further state that I wanted my money back, he then walked me out the door and handed me the money outside away from other customers. I know he was trying to protect his business by keeping the "drama" away from potential customers. Because a whole group of over 10 people left when I told them what happened today and why we were asking for a refund. But trying to hide flaws at your business so others can experience what me and my family had to is not ok. You should've gave me my money at the counter like a normal person and refunded my money without me having to come across more aggressive. We weren't taking advantage of anyone as we are the ones that sat there for almost an hour to only golf 2 holes, drove out there and spent our money for a service that we were not satisfied with. I told you I would go back home and write you a review for taking accountability and giving me a refund. But after seeing other reviews of you being rude, the way you interacted with me at first and the fact that you couldn't treat me like a customer and refund me my money at the counter. You had to stand by the door to walk me and my family out acting like we did something wrong. So because of that, I'll give you a lower rating than I originally was. Steve, you really didn't seem like a bad guy. But maybe look at some of the reviews and learn to take some constructive criticism about how you run your business. Obviously a lot of people are rotten and will just be dramatic, but some genuinely had bad experiences at your business. Food...

Just had a poor experience and definitely won't be back. From the minute that we walked in, the guy in the office was super grumpy, no smile on his face, just an overall bad feeling from him. I'm there by myself with my 9 year-old and 7 year-old boys pushing a baby in a stroller around the putt putt. I could see the teenagers out on the deck watching us. I saw my older son was hitting it way too hard so I made him stop which he did immediately. A minute later, my 7 year-old accidentally hit his ball into the pond. He was very upset about it and tried to get it out so I stopped him and I gave him my ball. Because I couldn't play anymore, I decided to sit down at the table with the baby. This is a small area. We are literally the only ones there and the kids were in full view. I literally was not sitting for 60 seconds before the older man came outside and very rudely asked me, "hey, do you think you could maybe watch your kids?" I told him that I was. They are right there in full view and I asked what they did. He could not give me a straight answer, only said that the teenagers had came in and told him that they were doing something crazy. I went to gather the boys and the teenagers were there so I asked them and they told me that one kid was hitting it too hard and the other one was in the pond. Ummmm. Again, I corrected my older son immediately. He stopped immediately. My younger son accidentally hit the ball in the pond. Doesn't that happen? Isn't that kind of part of the game? Very confused and a bad experience. It's no wonder why they're dead all the time. It's the last day of school and we were just trying to have a nice evening and it was very quickly spoiled by just poor...

If we could give zero stars we would. We visited the facility yesterday for a family day hoping for some laughs and fun and left feeling disgusted and upset. Our truck passenger window was completely broken out and my entire purse was stolen unfortunately this happened to another group that was there at the same time. I will never forgive myself for leaving my bag in the vehicle and lesson learned but it was tucked away not in plain sight. Clearly there was someone scoping the vehicles in the parking lot and with how busy this place was it blows my mind that no one noticed anything suspicious. All the employees are facing the parking lot when you walk in and have a clear view to the parking lot. We were approached by an older man on the course while we were playing (not even halfway through the game) and told we needed to come with him because our window was broken. My young daughter who understood what was going on was instantly upset and crying.Once we got to the vehicle it was a joke the couple workers and the man I believe is the owner approached us and offered no help, nothing to put the broken glass in and at one point the older gentlemen who got us off the course excused himself, stepped between my husband and I to pick up a tiny piece of glass off of the ground in the midst of talking to the police then proceeded to ask what was stolen and stated “this has never happened here before”. I asked him if there were cameras and he stated they have them but they are not working . We were not offered a refund and not that sympathy is needed it would have been appreciated in an upsetting situation like this. Writing this review from my husbands phone because that was stolen...
