Jack definitely gave me some great tools and practices to continue toward my fitness goals. I’m definitely closer to the goal I initially set because of his training. He is knowledgeable in training techniques, nutrition, and developing/improving upon your mentality toward effective and sustainable training. I’ve had several trainers, but none were as good as Jack. His gym has everything you need, and he is great at explaining things to you at your level while increasing your fitness IQ and pushing you to get better. He made me want to go to the gym when I was training with him and when I wasn’t, so that I could continue to see results. I only trained with him for one month, but I saw drastic reduction in body fat, increased lean muscle mass, and my body felt great (no aches and pains from lifting wrong). Absolutely awesome. My boyfriend and I got the week membership pass for our vacay gym mornings, and Jack’s gym checked all of our boxes. Not too busy since it’s open 24/7, clean equipment, not a commercial gym vibe in sight, just dedicated and friendly locals it seemed.
