Service Associate Ramon is very professional in his mannerisms and quality of service. His knowledge base allows him to be highly effective in alleviating every pest issue we have endeavored.

One thing I especially like is how he explains how he is going to get to the root cause of the problem and his ability to explain it in layman terms.

He has handled two of our properties for approximately two to three years and has always been on time coupled by doing a thorough sweeping of the property.

Norman White is the owner of the business and was the first to handle our initial issue. Norman is the utmost professional, who has imputed his understanding of the business onto his employees.

There have been at least one or two other employees that have serviced our properties and have displayed the same professionalism in mannerisms and quality of work.

It speaks volumes when associates reflect the same positive image the owner projects.

I highly recommend this company as I have received nothing less than a five star experience!!

Norman was friendly and professional. He was about 30 minutes late but responded immediately when I asked for an eta. After completion of service upon re-entering my home 5 hrs later we notice chemical remains everywhere which I was not expecting to see on things like my tv stands and bedroom dressers and all over the middle of floors. I was also not expecting him to tell us that we would have to live out of our trash bags for the next two weeks until the 2nd required treatment nor mop during this time (I have a house dog). In addition the dog got sick from licking the floors and vomit was on my couches and floors due to the chemicals he had consumed as we thought the chemicals would be dispensed in hidden out of the way areas. It would have been nice to know this info as we could have kept him in his cage away from the chemicals. However we slept last night bite free from bedbugs! I just wish we would have been better Informed on what to expect especially with our pet as that could have ended badly.It has only been 24 hrs so we will see how it goes. Called them out for an ant problem & ended up having to call them a 2nd time because their baiting ended up bringing in more ants / not fixing the problem. When I called to tell them 2 weeks after the treatment that it still wasn't working I found my number had been blocked/goes straight to voicemail. I left 1or two voicemails letting them know and gave them time to respond. The times they did come out they also sprayed areas I specifically showed them/asked them not to, and even put down glue rat traps without asking / letting me know in areas my dogs could have gotten to.

In summary: They made the problem worse, couldn't follow directions, put my dogs in possible danger, then ghosted/blocked me.
