To begin with…you are a junk store! If an item is not priced, then negotiation is expected. In fact, in this nature of business, negotiation on prices is always practiced; especially when you must use Google to come up with a price. This place did not allow any room in pricing, and, in my opinion, is WAY OVERPRICED anyways. Don’t give us the reason of “paying insurance” to gouge customers’ on pricing that is way over value. We ALL have to pay the big guys to remain in business. You are also in Iowa, so please don’t expect California pricing. WE agreed on a price for what we purchased, then the owner had the audacity to come to our vehicle asking for more money (saying he didn’t hear us). Turn down the radio and then maybe you can hear. The overall vibe was very unwelcoming, and the owner acted like we were ignorant in our negotiation. She shot him $20, he didn't like the price and walked away without giving her a price. Then half turned around while still walking and said it is at least a $50-$60 piece.
