1787 Oil Vinegar (And More) — Local services in Elizabeth

I was pleasantly surprised to run into this beautiful shop while visiting Elizabeth PA for the first time. Huge assortment of very high quality olive oils and vinegar to sample and purchase. Olive oils of different varieties from olives grown in various regions. I tried the Favalosa varietal that was just crushed in May of this year. Incredible. Nothing like it in the grocery store. Nothing like it at all. You can't take it all in during one visit. You will have to go back again and again and experience the various varieties, buy a few to take home and become familiar with them, then explore some more... Wonderful! One great thing is that you can purchase small bottles that aren't expensive in order to start learning about and enjoying high-quality olive oils and fruit and herb...

I visited this establishment for the first time today and I was very pleased with my experience. Tomi, the person assisting me, was quite helpful and knew her products well. She was able to make suggestions and provided samples. I just regret that I didnt know of this store prior to this visit. I always keep a good olive oil on hand as a finishing oil and she made the choice...
