Yeah its good deal,good price but is crowded,dirty, no arrangements,everything scattered and is not in the right place. People applying that store it takes only few days,couple days.
There's few months especially new hired,because can't handle the attitude of the Manager. Manager is mean that's why employees quitting and quitting. That's why her store is not organize just because she's mean. There's few working so long with her, but not all. Only her favorite.
Manager has favoritism. She's good attitude to those her favorite.
If it's not her favorite she's bad attitude.
She trait most of her employee as a robot. Give time limit to do the totes during truck day while doing cashier. She never respect and she keep on yelling and making loud voice. She has a fake attitude. She's not a real person. She keep on blaming in 1 person why the store is a mess,scattered and not in the right place. That's her problem because even her when shes fixing stuffs she's always mad and throwing instead of fixing. She just keep and turning around the store saying bad words that I don't like it. She has bad mouth. Especially when she didn't smoke. If she smoke she feel better though.
First time I saw manager that every minute every hour smoking.
When you train people One thing at a time. Even you are manager you still to have to respect to your employees. Trait in a right way. Be calm and humble. Train properly so all employees will stay longer. First time I hear that during truck day that Manager give time limit to do totes while doing cashier. I remember all the words that I heard from her bad mouth. That I really don't like it. By the way I'm only applying sales associate or customer service or cashier but she want me to finish the totes quickly. She's mad why all entire store is scattered? Because she don't know how to trait her employees and she don't know how to clean up her store and she don't know how to organize. When my first day of work the register color brown and everything is a mess. I don't really understand where I start to clean. Besides that cashier. Customer first before do something. I know how to clean,to blocking face,or facing or inventory. I been working since when I was 16. From other country till in Pennsylvania. But I quit because she blame me everything. Read moreThe manager was exceedingly rude and ignorant they expect me to leave my personal belongings at the front of the store there are women with purses larger than my bag that are allowed to go through the store in addition they allow baby strollers to be pushed through the store but they expect me to leave my personal belongings unattended at the front of the store. I'm disabled I have things in my backpack that I need and some of them are pain medications I do not have the ability to replace those if they are lost or stolen and this person at the front of the store the general manager has I have no expectation that she would be protecting my belongings in the same fashion that I would. When i ask the employee about it, I'm met with rudeness and am told that everything is stocked. It's not, there's nothing stocked! Then one night, I witnessed an employee loading cases of Hotwheels into his car! The employees are scalping the Hotwheels!!
