This facility was really gross—the yard had old, white dog poop, which clearly shows they don’t clean regularly. It’s definitely not a place I would trust to leave my dogs. The yard where the dogs are kept is smaller than my bedroom—tiny and overcrowded. The owner didn’t seem to have any real knowledge about dog welfare. The kennels my dogs would’ve stayed in looked like collapsing death traps, and the playroom was packed with dogs and had zero hands-on supervision.

I still haven’t found a daycare or boarding facility I fully trust, but this place was a definite no. The owner even told me that my high-energy dog would need to be on sedatives the whole time—he’d rather drug her than provide proper play and exercise. It’s clear this place is about profit, not the well-being of your pets.

You’re better off finding a Rover pet sitter who cares for dogs in their home or hiring someone to come to yours. For legal reasons, I won’t name the local business I did end up finding, but they take excellent care of my dog and cats. They are definitely perfurred by my pack over this inhumane...

Without a doubt the best groomer around! Folks after Helene hit, we lost everything- & we have 4 Goldendoodles with no home - we had no home and no vehicles- Josh actually offered to board ALL of our FOUR Goldendoodles for FREE until we were able to get back on our feet - and I mean he offered this for MONTHS AT NO CHARGE! I cannot tell you what that meant to us! That was an INCREDIBLE act of kindness!! Fortunately, we were able to foster our dogs out - but, i will NEVER forget what Josh offered! And HE DID NOT HESITATE! Josh is quite a remarkable human being. Woof Valley is a wonderful place to board your dogs! Our two little Shih Tzu had a wonderful time there during memorial day week. They received great care and the owner was so kind to let us reach out and check on them periodically. They gave them a nice bath and trim their nails and even wash their blanket before we pick them up. We will definitely be using them again next time we go on a trip. Our doggies were there for nine days and we didn’t have to worry about them at all. Very clean and reasonably priced. We are so thankful to them. Cupcake and moon pie will definitely be visiting them for our future....
