I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner of the store by phone (leaving a message with the receptionist every time I call), Facebook messenger and even email. About 99% of my attempts were unsuccessful.
I won a bridal package in February of this year which included my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, flower petals, corsages, and cake flowers all for free. After trying to contact her for several months off and on, with little to no response, I finally called and drove an hour out of the way to meet with the owner face to face to discuss the package I had won. I told her I needed silk flowers because I was having a destination wedding due to Covid related issues and she said it was NO PROBLEM. Never once indicating that she couldn’t provide anything in the package I had won. We discussed how I wanted my florals to look and everything. Six weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything from her. I would randomly send “inspiration pictures” of what I wanted the flowers to look like. I tried messaging on Facebook (no response there) and calling and she finally answered the phone saying my flowers would be ready for pick up the following week. When I arrived all she had made was 4 bouquets, nothing else and she wasn’t even there when I picked them up. She never once told me she wasn’t going to provide anything else in the package. The bouquets were cheaply made with duct tape sticking out from the ribbon holding them together. They also looked NOTHING like what we discussed or any of the inspiration pictures I sent. The receptionist told me the owner would call me to discuss the rest of the package she did not provide but the owner never reached out. My mother in law messaged her and she completely lied to her saying she told me I was only getting 4 bouquets. Which was not the case at all. I only had 2 bridesmaids, WHY WOULD I NEED FOUR BOUQUETS????
This business has the worst customer service ever. I would have preferred to speak with the owner directly about this, but she refuses to call me back even though I have requested her to call me at least 4 times. Not only is there ZERO communication between the owner and her customers but the flowers she provided were nothing like what I requested which made it all so much worse. My wedding is in 9 weeks and I wish she would have just communicated that she wasn’t going to provide the package SHE OFFERED 6 months ago! Complete...
Read moreI have shopped here 3 times. The first time I purchased from E-town Florist about 4 months ago, the bouquet was great. Unfortunately, the last two times have been disappointing.
About two months ago I placed an order for pick up on the 24th of October for a “Purple Passion” bouquet. When I showed up today to pick up the bouquet they were putting it together last minute.
The reason I know it was last minute is when I came in for pick up the associate at the front desk called upstairs to say I was there to pick it up. (Probably did not know I could hear both sides of the phone conversation). Upstairs Asked how much I paid….. associate responded with 95….. (at this point is where I knew they were doing a last minute job).
What I ordered based off the picture on their website and what as described to me in person months ago when I made the order is not what I received. A lot of green…….a lot….
It was probably my own fault for paying ahead of time…. They had their $$…

Read moreEtown Florist has been a staple for me the past few years, I moved to Louisville four years ago and since then I don’t get to see my elderly grandma very often. So every time I come to visit, I bring her a bouquet. It is the absolute highlight of her day, and brings such joys for the long while they last.
The employees there are the absolute sweetest things and I’ve grown to love the girl at the front Madison. One particular visit, I went to pick up a bouquet for my grandma who was in the hospital. It was pretty hard considering I’d just lost my best friend, my grandfather, a couple of years prior and brought up very painful memories. As I was picking up the flowers, I started bawling and Maddy gave me such a loving hug. When she had to go grab the flowers for me, I broke down again. At the same time the owner walked in and saw me crying and came over to check on me with such warmth and care. When I say that everyone there truly cares about you, they really do. They will be whatever you need, whether it’s a shoulder to cry on, a friend to laugh with, or a gentle push to make decisions when you’re feeling indecisive.
