Etown Meal Prepping — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Hate to make this review considering it's the only one, and it's a local business but maybe this can be used to better the business. My wife and I are new in town, got excited to see a meal prepping business so we drove by to check it out. Walked in, and there were several people behind the counter preparing food. So we looked at the meals in the freezer for a few minutes. Didn't see anything we liked, so we went to the counter to ask a few questions above the service, how it works, the prices etc. Because we were looking to make their service a long term thing. We stood there at the counter for a good 2-3 minutes solid, awkwardly starting at the employees behind the counter to help us out, greet us or something. They glanced our way, so knew we were there so we didn't bother saying anything. After a literal few minutes of this awkward waiting for someone to acknowledge us, we eventually gave up. We walked out feeling like we were this big problem standing in their store, and they just wanted us to go away. The opposite of how local business usually conduct themselves.
