Currell's Doit center — Local services in Elk City

I searched for an authorized UPS drop off location for some Amazon returns and the Currell Center was the only UPS listed place in Elk City.   I am visiting family and did not want to deal with boxing items back up and printing labels and so I had a code for my returns. I gathered my items and brought them into the store.  After waiting for about 5 minutes, a lady came out and proceeded to talk down to me and she hoped everything was going to the same place because she doesn't have boxes and I don't do QR codes.  Her tone of voice and attitude had me speechless. She then proceeded to tell me how exactly I needed to 'fix' MY mistake.... Nowhere on any of the several websites (UPS, Amazon, THEIRS) I visited does it state that QR code returns are not taken at this location.   I am still dumbfounded at the outright nastiness of this woman.. After asking who it was, turns out it is the owner of this location. It is no wonder there was only 1 other customer in the store. There were a few cute things I was going to buy after I was through with my return but her attitude completely ran me out...

They have a package shipping service but they act like they really don't want to ship your packages. I was told that the woman that does the packages was out for lunch and to come back at 1 o'clock.
