I ordered a gift basket for my nephew when he had surgery. It was delivered to the hospital on time but the hospital staff did not deliver it to him before he was discharged. Brandy noticed it was still sitting there when she made a delivery to the hospital for another patient the next day. So she called me to let me know it was still there. I live 1,000 miles away so there was no way I could pick it up. Brandy then went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the gift basket delivered to my nephew. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDY! I ordered an arrangement provided off the website. I was told they didn't have the vase. I was than given other options and picked one. The arrangement did not look anything like what I had ordered as i asked for clarification before delivery. I was than called and told my order was being cancelled as it is suppose to be delivered within the next few hours because I am unhappy with my order and "they don't have time to make just one customer happy."
