Macy, a pharmacy tech, was considerably rude. I was just trying to get some questions answered about vaccines and I was repeatedly interrupted, had to ask the same basic question multiple times, and had to call back because she hung up on me mid sentence. When I politely let her know she needs to be more professional she grunted at me without apology and put me to her pharmacists. Doubt corporate would appreciate this, even if the pharmacist didn't care. A polite reminder that she needed to be professional is generous considering how many people mistreat others.
