From walking into the store to saying goodbye to the guys who delivered our furniture, we've been 100% happy with our experience with Furniture and Things.

We were greeted shortly after entering the store, but weren't subject to any sort of "helicoptering" from the sales staff. Rebecca was the one to help us when we found a sofa set we really liked. She was so great! She helped us pick out our pieces from a custom line, find the fabrics we wanted, and made suggestions about what would go well together. I honestly cannot sing her praises enough! We will definitely be back for her assistance on our next big furniture project, and I would recommend her to anyone.

The furniture took some time to arrive after we ordered it (nothing to be done about that given the supply shortages everyone's experiencing as a result of covid), and Rebecca kept us updated throughout the waiting period. I thought that was extremely considerate of her. :)

And today we received our new sofa set! We couldn't be happier. The delivery guys arrived during the time window we were given and were very conscious of wiping off their feet as they brought in each piece (I told them not to take their shoes off). They hooked everything up for us and explained how to do it as well in case we ever want to rearrange in the future.

I highly recommend this local business and will definitely be patronizing them in the future! Nice work, all...

Customer service is key with these folks! We had a very good purchasing experience here but where they really earned their good reputation was the customer service they showed me today at pickup. Our item we purchased was in, and when we made our purchase we were told it would be available at the warehouse. When making our plans to pick up, I googled the warehouse but couldn’t find it so we just went to the store for pickup. Upon arrival they directed us to a little pickup door at the back of the main showroom. Upon inquiring at the door, we were told that our purchase was indeed at the warehouse and that the warehouse was closed on Sundays. Disappointing since we came from Plymouth, but it was our bad. However, the manager came out to talk to us and without us even asking, he told us he’d see if he had the key for the warehouse, and then he sent one of his dock attendants to the warehouse and opened it up just for us to get our item. Absolutely above and beyond. It would have been fine for us to come back since it wasn’t their fault we showed up on a day where the warehouse isn’t open for pickups, but the fact that they did it just for us was so appreciated. My parents and I stopped in just to take a look at their selection of sofas/sectionals. When we walked in it was a bit over whelming due to there being 4 acres of building space, but that feeling soon subsided. They have scooters, wheel chairs and other modes of transportation to assist those who can not walk long distances. I was extremely pleased by this since my mother has lung cancer and would have not been able to check out their selection otherwise.

Phil soon greeted us and asked what we were in for. He directed us to the area we wanted to look and let us be. It was a breath of fresh air to not have someone pushing you to look at everything they have and or not want. We wondered around testing different couches and found the one. Phil shortly after came to check on us and provided all the specs and figured out pricing.

Our sales rep Phil was kind and upbeat. He was an absolute pleasure to speak/work with and got us the best deals possible.
