The customer service is always fantastic, everyone I've spoken to so far has been very nice, but the website search function is one of the worst I've ever used. You can type in a part number that you KNOW and confirmed that they have or is even their own Lippert number and the search results will always come back for just about everything they have in their inventory, minus what you searched for. More often than not, I have to find the part on google and get re-routed to the actual part on the website or I have to call. It gets somewhat stressful/time-consuming to answer questions and to go over parts with a representative when if the website worked properly, I could find/order it myself much faster and with less...
Read moreWas on a call for over 40 minutes with an agent to place an order for a part number I already had. Was told to pay for overnight shipping as the only way to get it by a certain date. When the date arrived, I called and discovered it hadn't even shipped yet. The agent had the nerve to suggest that I was lying about being told I'd get it in time because all of their agents "know better than that" and that they would have a supervisor waste time reviewing the 40 minute call.
