I heard the ad on the radio and he sounded like a really nice old guy. So I went there and looked at what he had. I needed a dryer and some carpet remnants. We looked at all his appliances and the cheapest dryer in good shape he had was 229. Mind you the top was covered in scratches and rust.. so I said yes this one will work because I'm in desperate need now. Plus he advertised he would deliver. We went to the carpets he had. I had my brother with me who was knowledgeable about these things. As soon as we got there and looked I was shocked at his prices. My brother just shook his head no because he wanted $125 for 12 feet of dusty old carpet.... so I just said I'll wait on the xarpet for now I was just looking today. He said no problem. He asked if I was taking the dryer today in my vehicle and I said no I was hoping for delivery. He asked where I lived and I said Port Hope. Immediately he said nope I don't have anything for at least a week going over there and I'm not making a special trip. I was honestly confused. I said well then I guess we will wait on the dryer as well. The old man said that's fine. I replied with have a good day and left... way overpriced and not very good quality. All the people there had no customer service skills and were rude. NEVER...

Purchased two new electric stoves for the church kitchen where we attend. Every thing went fine, delivery was great. After two weeks on one of the stoves front panels the paint was flaking off to the steel. Took pictures and went back to store, they said would order replacement panel. Two weeks later called and no panel , a month later same thing. After three months still no panel ! Got tired of it, went to store and complained, they would only give us $50.00 and wouldn’t even talk about replacing the panel or stove !! These people are scam artists. They sold my elderly mother a washer dryer combo claiming it was "reconditioned" (which would normally mean all new parts in an old body), it's barely 5 months later and the washer isn't functioning at all. I just called to ask if they would do a courtesy diagnostic/repair to which I was told, "Sorry, that's not how we do things." Good to know you're OK with taking an old ladies money and then charging her more money to fix the junk you sold her. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL WHOLE...
